How to order your timber-frame house
First, consider the details that'll define the complexity and, therefore, price of the house:
- The project is the most important factor. A good construction project should account for every detail, from layout to finishes.
- Next is the size. Simply put, larger homes require more materials and labor.
- Add-ons and equipment follow: your choice of roofing, finishes, furniture, and systems can raise the cost.
- Finally, consider special requirements, such as unique design choices, custom windows or doors. All these can influence pricing, especially if these were not defined from the start in the project.
Share your construction project. The more detailed the better.
Within two business days, we’ll get in touch to confirm every detail. This includes where the house will be delivered, what extras you’d like, and any specific finishes you have in mind.
Once we finalize and confirm the details, you make an advance payment. This locks in your order and allows us to start building your house.
We get to work. The build usually takes around two months. During this time, we’ll keep you updated on progress and sometimes share behind-the-scenes photos — so you can actually see your house taking shape.
When your house is nearly finished, we’ll confirm the delivery date and transport details with you. You’ll then complete the final payment before shipping.
The last step is the best one. Once the house is delivered, all that’s left is to set it up on your land and enjoy.
